HOW TO APPLY:
All neons pigments are safe for all makeup applications and can be easily applied straight from the pot, no need to use anything to stick but can be mixed with your usual makeup primers etc if you wish! Apply with fingers, makeup brush, mix with water, concealer, anything you want! Let your creativity run wild.
